For purposes of this program, a potential conflict of interest may include, but is not limited to: 

• A current financial interest in Legend Biotech  

• A close personal, supervisory, or professional relationship with a Steering Committee member, Legend Biotech or RR Consultant employee that could reasonably call impartiality into question; or 

• Any other interest or relationship that could directly and materially affect the application’s review or funding decision. 

Drafts are saved automatically every 1.5 seconds and will be retained until the application deadline. All incomplete drafts are deleted from the system at the deadline.
