Grants are paid directly to the applicant's institution rather than the individual recipient. Institutions remain responsible for administration of funds according to applicable regulations and internal policies.

Legend Biotech will execute a contract with the selected awardee's institution. Contract terms govern allowable and prohibited use of funds while remaining subject to all applicable laws and industry requirements.
Applicants and Steering Committee members must disclose financial, professional, institutional, or personal interests that could affect, or appear to affect, impartial review.
Important: Disclosure does not automatically result in disqualification. Conflicts will be reviewed and appropriately managed.
Receipt of an ELITE Grant does not constitute endorsement of any research position, therapy, or recommendation.
Grantees may not use program affiliation to imply endorsement of products, therapies, or commercial activity.
Published work must include required funding acknowledgements and avoid implying influence over study design or outcomes.
Institutions and grantees are required to assist with applicable transparency reporting obligations.
Legend Biotech may be required to disclose grant-related information under applicable reporting laws.
Recipients agree to provide accurate and timely information needed to satisfy reporting requirements.
Legend Biotech may publish aggregated program impact information.
Individual research results will not be publicly disclosed without prior written consent from the grantee.
Proposed disclosures will be shared in advance to address scientific accuracy, confidentiality, intellectual property, and institutional requirements.
